Theoriq is thrilled to announce a strategic partnership with Phala Network, a leading TEE-based Coprocessor for AI. Phala enables AI to interact seamlessly with blockchains, allowing developers to build, launch, and monetize AI agents with robust security.

Navigating Web3 can be complex, often requiring multiple wallets and dApps for simple tasks. AI can simplify this by automating operations and enhancing the user experience. However, web2 AI agents face limitations—they are not smart contract-centric, preventing them from executing on blockchain operations securely.

Phala’s cutting-edge Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) compute capabilities addresses this gap, offering a secure environment for building confidential and verifiable AI agents integrated with on-chain smart contracts. Phala Network is transforming decentralized AI agents by revolutionizing AI Agents’ control and governance, ensuring operation within a decentralized hybrid cloud leveraging TEE and blockchain. This architecture eliminates central authority control, leading to more resilient, transparent AI aligned with user interests. Theoriq will require heightened data privacy capabilities as it rolls into its testnet, mainnet, and node events towards the end of this year. By leveraging Phala’s TEE network, we can enhance the protocol's security and trust, implementing industry-leading protection and reliability for our AI and ML operations.

A TEE (Trusted Execution Environment) is a secure enclave within a device's main processor, designed to isolate and protect data from external processes, even those with elevated privileges. This isolation creates a trust-minimized environment, significantly boosting security against potential threats. This feature could eventually be integrated into Theoriq’s no-code builders, expanding an extra layer of security to many use cases in the industry.

Additionally, the partnership will involve collaboration between each company's research and development teams to explore joint projects focused on enabling AI Agents to function seamlessly in Web3 environments.
